I was recently featured on CEO Under 30 about what to do with overbearing clients that are extremely hard to deal with. I get asked this question all the time. If you have to deal with these types of clients, it sucks. I 100% recommend that you stand up and fire them. It’s not worth your time or patience in the long run. Even if they are paying you money, don’t deal with that problem.

I’m not one for customers that are overbearing and take up way more time than they should. If you’ve pulled all the stops and worked with them to the point of insanity, it’s time to fire them. In the beginning you can’t do this. But once you develop stronger relationships you can choose. Sometimes it’s not worth your mental capacity to deal with overbearing customers
